The guests agree to the building’s policies and avoid high amounts of noise (92db+) after 11pm according to local laws. The guests do not have the authority to change or modify the property in any way, including changing furniture, or modifying the layout. Guests agree to bring back any items they remove from the unit (beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, plastic pool cups, toys, etc). The guests will conduct themselves respectfully and peacefully toward other owners, property managers, guests, visitors, and the Plaza Mar building staff; including front desk, maintenance, housekeepers, and administrators. Improper guest conduct, unwanted behavior, and/or violation(s) of rules/policies and/or complaint(s) may result in the early termination of this agreement and an early departure of the guest from the property without refund after notification (warning) via electronic means (aka whatsapp, application [Airbnb, VRBO] communications, email, or other means.
